We like to joke that winter lasts half the year in Wisconsin, but it’s actually not that much shorter! Sometimes temps are low enough that spending a lot of time outside just isn’t possible. We are coming to the rescue with some indoor sensory activities that will keep your kids entertained for much longer than they take to make! You can store them in air tight containers to bring them out any time cabin fever hits.

Baking soda (2 lb box)
Can of shaving cream
Medium or large container with lid

1/2 tsp baking soda 2 Tbsp contact lens solution (must have boric acid in it)
Large mixing bowl Glitter (optional)
